Job summary

Veeva Systems is launching a Technical Consultant Development Program (CDP) in Poland. You’ll gain rigorous training and immediately contribute to production code, custom integrations, and deployments for Life Sciences clients.

As an Associate, you’ll work closely with migration architects and clients, progressing to Consultant in under two years, while advancing full-stack, DevOps, and technical consulting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Strong object-oriented programming foundation.
• Excellent technical storytelling and communication skills.
• Drive, fast learning, and adaptability in a high‑growth environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and work in EU contexts.
• Nice to have Python, C, HTML, Java, JavaScript, or SQL exposure; cloud familiarity with AWS/Azure; AI tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Build production code, integrate custom solutions, and deploy enterprise SaaS on Vault.
• Architect backend logic and data migrations for global Life Sciences clients.
• Develop developer-focused tooling to accelerate delivery timelines.
• Own technical delivery and grow from Associate to Consultant with rapid career progression.
