Qualifications

• CPA license is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Master’s in Taxation is preferred.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience with tax focus.
• Proven leadership ability with career progression to Partner level.
• Strong technical tax knowledge and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review tax compliance and advisory engagements for individuals and businesses.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on client service strategy and tax planning initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor staff accountants, providing coaching and review feedback.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and evolving tax regulations.
• Leverage technology to collaborate with clients and team members regardless of location.
