White Tiger Connections is seeking a Tax Supervisor to lead tax engagements for CPA firms nationwide. This remote role emphasizes client service, leadership of junior staff, and delivering strategic tax solutions with a focus on compliance and planning.

You will oversee tax engagements, mentor staff, and collaborate with firm leaders to drive growth and value for clients while maintaining work-life balance in a flexible, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• CPA license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience with an emphasis in tax.
• Proven leadership skills with an interest in advancement toward Partner level.
• Strong technical tax knowledge and analytical/problem-solving ability.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review tax engagements for individuals and businesses.
