You’ll collaborate with partners to deliver high‑quality service while embracing flexible work arrangements. Ideal candidates hold a CPA license with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 2+ years of tax experience in public accounting.

Qualifications

• CPA license and Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 2+ years of recent public accounting experience with a focus on tax.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage projects independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid tax knowledge.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex tax compliance engagements for individuals and businesses.
• Assist with tax planning and advisory projects in collaboration with firm leadership.
• Provide guidance and training to staff accountants, offering constructive feedback and support.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with professional standards and evolving tax laws.
• Use technology to streamline workflows and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and service.
