Job summary

The role sits in the Poznan Poland Shared Service Centre and focuses on meeting increasing data needs of the Tax Department and digitization efforts.

You will analyze data, automate processes, and collaborate across time zones while leveraging SAP for data extraction and Power BI for presentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS/CIS, Data/Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting data analysis role.
• Strong ability to promote innovation and efficiency by streamlining and standardizing processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation of Tax Team’s data needs and their interdependencies with processes and stakeholders.
• Act as a member of the Tax Process & Data Excellence Team to address recurring and ad hoc data requirements.
• Analyze data, automate processes, and integrate systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop input for the Tax Department’s data management strategy.
