Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Tax Global Process Owner Manager in Poznań to lead global tax process, data, technology and transformation initiatives. You will manage VAT configurations in SAP, ensure compliance with evolving tax rules, and drive cross-functional projects across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires 5+ years in tax with multi-jurisdiction experience, plus strong stakeholder management and technology transformation skills. Hybrid work and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with accounting or tax qualification and 5+ years in tax.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions with Indirect tax and tax transformation.
• Proven track record leading cross-border tax projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax processes, troubleshoot issues, and pursue standardization, transformation globally.
• Identify technology opportunities for Tax, build business cases, and coordinate ROI-driven implementations.
• Ensure compliance with evolving global tax legislation, leading cross-functional projects for e-invoicing and e-reporting.
• Lead engagements with third-party and technology providers to meet Haleon requirements.
• Lead VAT configuration in SAP and advise on VAT treatment.
• Partner with P2P and O2C to support tax compliance across processes.
• Drive communication, education and training across tax and finance teams.
• Work with Global Tax to manage risks across locations.
