Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Tax Technology Expert to help optimize tax IT landscapes and enable data-driven decisions across Poland. You will support SAP-based tax systems and modern analytics tools, bridging tax and technology with a focus on compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience in tax/finance contexts.
• Strong data analytics and ability to translate requirements into digital solutions.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python and analytics tools.
• Experience with SAP-based tax tech platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT landscape and systems for tax processes (e.g., SAP Tax Compliance, EY Tax Risk Reporting, EY Tax Audit Center).
• Adopt self-service tech (KNIME, Power Platform, myGenAssist, Datalake) to improve tax efficiency and decision-making.
• Support development of digital competencies within tax and assist audits with data extracts (e.g., SAP DART).
• Maintain tax audit environments and ensure secure data access for auditors.
• Contribute to SAP authorization design for tax and drive continuous function improvements.
