This part-time role, which is fully remote, involves a range of responsibilities, from networking and screening candidates to managing external agencies. Candidates should have 3-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally with both agency and in-house backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid performance track record.
• Strong preference for candidates with a mix of agency and in-house (corporate) recruiting experience.
• Strong preference for candidates with at least one year of freelance or contract experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates directly through cold calling, networking, and advertisements.
• Screen all candidates through HR system and maintain the system daily.
• Hire and manage search firms to recruit the best talent.
• Train managers on networking and recruitment techniques.
• Assist in selection of new HR technology and corporate training.
