Job summary

Mento is hiring senior sales leaders who will coach members remotely, applying leadership and coaching techniques to help members grow and succeed. You will participate in Mento’s ICF-certified training to master the Mento Coaching Methodology and earn CEUs as you mentor peers.

As a fully remote role, you will commit to 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months and connect with members through the Mento Platform. This opportunity suits experienced leaders seeking to expand coaching skills.

Qualifications

• 20+ years experience managing sales teams and coaching individuals.
• Coaching certification is a plus but not required.
• Able to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching for 24+ months.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members via virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching abilities.
• Communicate with members via Mento email or app chat.
• Share coaching tools and insights to improve practices and empower members.
• Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador.
