Mardix Ltd. in Poland seeks a Senior Manager – Mechanical Commodity Management, Europe, to lead regional sourcing for metal and fabrication categories. Based at either Bielsko‑Biala or Tczew, you will partner with global teams to deliver competitive sourcing, supplier engagement, and profitability improvements.

The role requires deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a hands-on, collaborative leadership style to drive regional value across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Deep knowledge of European metal/fabrication suppliers and processes.
• Experience leading supplier negotiations, sourcing decisions and risk mitigation.

Responsabilités

• Manage regional mechanical commodity strategy, execution, and performance.
• Translate growth priorities into regional supplier, sourcing and risk plans.
• Identify, qualify, and develop suppliers meeting requirements.
• Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, terms and capacity.
• Monitor market conditions and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Engineering on material selection and value engineering.
• Ensure compliance with policies, ethics, and laws.
