Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Bild-Ad Designer (m/w/d) in Poland to craft high-performing static ads for Meta platforms. You will blend marketing psychology with direct-response design to create visuals that capture attention and drive actions across ecommerce brands.

Qualifications

• Experience designing static ads for Meta campaigns or ecommerce brands.
• Ability to drive engagement, conversions and sales through direct-response design.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Figma, InDesign or equivalent tools.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, composition and visual storytelling.
• Ability to develop attention-grabbing concepts and varied formats for social feeds.

Responsibilities

• Design static ads for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) with a conversion focus.
• Translate briefs into engaging visuals in collaboration with copywriters and strategists.
• Create varied formats (product ads, UGC statics, before/after, carousels).
• Test layouts and hooks, refine creatives based on performance insights.
• Stay current with design trends and AI tools to accelerate concept development.
