Job summary

Kilo Co in Kraków is seeking a remote-ready creative performer to craft performance-driven video ads and supporting assets. You will own the creative process from concept to final execution, delivering engaging content that scales across multiple paid channels.

You will analyze ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR to refine ideas, test new hooks, and adapt messaging for different audiences. Fluent English and collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Have 2+ years of experience in a creative or performance marketing role with a focus on video.
• Skilled in video editing and motion design.
• Hands-on experience creating performance-focused ads for AppLovin, TikTok, Google non-Search, or comparable channels.
• Experience creating video and/or static ads that drive measurable results.
• Understand performance metrics and how creative decisions affect campaigns.
• Be analytical and creative, turning insights into tests.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver performance-driven video ads, plus static assets.
• Own the creative process from concept to final execution.
• Produce and iterate on short-form video ads optimized for engagement, conversions, and scale.
• Focus on channels such as AppLovin, TikTok, or Google non-Search based on strengths.
• Develop and test hooks, concepts, messaging, visuals, and CTAs.
• Use ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR data to improve creative performance.
• Turn winning concepts into new iterations and variations.
• Adapt formats and messaging for different audiences and placements.
