Job summary

DCG is seeking an experienced QA professional to lead testing activities across multiple delivery teams. The candidate will design test scenarios, plan and execute tests, and collaborate with automation teams to improve regression coverage.

Ideal candidates have ISTQB certification, 8+ years in QA within Agile environments, and strong English communication skills to operate across international projects.

Qualifications

• ISTQB Certified.
• 8+ years of professional QA experience.
• Experience defining, executing, and reporting tests for complex software systems.
• Hands-on Web and Mobile testing.
• API testing with Postman/Swagger.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure QA activities are conducted efficiently and documented to quality standards.
• Analyze and design test cases and test scenarios.
• Plan and execute tests.
• Report and manage defects throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Automation Testers to improve test coverage.
• Work with Scrum team to ensure high-quality delivery.
