Job summary

Danaher Corporation in Kraków, Poland is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Architect to lead reliability across cloud-native platforms, shaping observability, SLOs, and cost efficiency. The role reports to the CIO Office and is based onsite with a remote work arrangement.

You will drive SRE practices, design end-to-end observability, mentor engineers, and push for scalable, resilient systems across multiple teams and platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or similar focused on reliability.
• Proficient in SRE practices: SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction, blameless culture.
• Experience building observability platforms for cloud-native environments.
• Hands-on with major cloud platforms and container orchestration.
• Ability to lead cross-team architecture and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Champion SRE at scale with SLAs and error budgets.
• Own observability end-to-end with dashboards and runbooks.
• Eliminate toil by automating production operations.
• Lead incident response and blameless postmortems.
• Shape systems by guiding design for operability and cost efficiency.
• Drive technical direction and mentor teams across organizations.
