Job summary

Danaher Corporation, hosted by Cytiva in Kraków, seeks a Lead AI SRE & QA Engineer for on-site work. You will shape reliability, quality, and observability across AI solutions, partnering with AI engineers, software teams, IT, security, and product management.

You will drive automated testing, performance monitoring, and production readiness, ensuring highly available, trustworthy AI products for life sciences applications. This role anchors Danaher’s enterprise AI initiatives in Poland.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, IT, engineering, or related discipline.
10+ years of experience in SRE, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, software development, cloud platforms.
Experience with cloud-native apps on Azure, AWS or Google Cloud; hands-on in CI/CD and release management.
Experience designing enterprise-scale monitoring, observability, and production support.
Experience developing and applying DS, ML, and AI solutions.
Nice to have: Generative AI / LLM testing, evaluation, benchmarking.
Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define and establish testing frameworks and reliability standards across solution architecture.
Implement monitoring and observability to improve operational resilience.
Lead AI quality initiatives and provide executive reporting on system health and availability.
Develop AI-specific validation frameworks for model accuracy, safety, and bias.
Lead production readiness reviews, incident management, and root cause analysis.
