Job summary

Syneos Health Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking a Global Clinical Trial Manager II or Senior for a home-based role in Poland. You will oversee cross-functional trial activities from planning to execution, ensuring patient safety, data quality and regulatory compliance across phases 1–4.

Candidate should bring extensive trial management experience, strong leadership, and ability to coordinate global teams, vendors and sites while managing timelines and budgets in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Proven ability to lead and align teams to achieve project milestones.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Expertise in site management and monitoring (clinical or central).
• Preference for risk-based monitoring experience.
• Understanding of clinical trial management finances and budgeting.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to apply problem-solving techniques and risk-management approaches.
• Ability to think critically to identify issues and solutions.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site interactions from activation through site closeout, including patient recruitment and investigator payments.
• Reviews study scope, budget, and protocol content to ensure contractual obligations are clear.
• Uses data and metrics to identify risks to deliverables and escalate when needed.
• Develops and maintains clinical study tools and templates, including the Clinical Monitoring Plan.
• Coordinates training for the study team on protocols, CRF completion, dashboards, SOPs, and timelines.
• Manages resourcing allocations for CRAs and Central Monitors.
• Ensures quality of monitoring deliverables and audit trails.
• Interacts with client and other functions to meet milestones.
• Supports inspection readiness and risk-based monitoring.
• May coach CTMs and coordinate teams across a portfolio.
