Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Source Change Manager to lead a portfolio of supplier-to-supplier and NPI source changes within the GE Source Change Process. You will plan and execute changes to ensure on-time delivery and continuity of supply, partnering with Quality, Engineering, Delivery and leadership to drive outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in aerospace, strong project management and data-driven problem solving, and is comfortable working across local and U.S. time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the aerospace industry.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Proven project management skills.
• Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Strong planning, scheduling and risk management.
• English CEFR C1 level or higher.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Ability to work across local and U.S. time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of source changes through the GE Source Change Process.
• Plan and execute source changes to meet OTD and continuity of supply.
• Partner with supplier teams to plan and execute changes.
• Participate in SCM daily management to problem-solve top issues.
• Act as first line of problem solving for manufacturing readiness.
• Use FLIGHT DECK fundamentals to drive action and escalation.
