Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Source Change Manager to lead a portfolio of source changes through the CEM Source Change Process. You will plan and execute changes ensuring compliance with GE processes, partnering with Quality, Engineering, Delivery, and Source Change leadership to drive on-time delivery and supply continuity.

The ideal candidate has aerospace experience, strong project management skills, and a track record of driving execution across suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry, including at least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, execution, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Proven ability to lead projects across multiple stakeholders, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved.
• Experience managing project schedules, priorities, and resource coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive execution and resolve issues effectively.
• English language proficiency at CEFR C1 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the source change portfolio with focus on OTD and continuity of supply.
• Partner with supplier teams and suppliers to ensure adequate planning and execution of source changes.
• Participate in SCM daily management to ensure top issues are problem solved.
• Act as first line of problem solving for manufacturing and readiness challenges in NPIs.
• Leverage project management standards to drive clear actioning, communication, and escalations.
