Job summary

Regnology is seeking a Senior CI/CD & AI-Enabled DevOps Engineer to own and evolve the developer platform and CI/CD ecosystem, driving automation and AI augmentation across engineering workflows.

You will lead architecture decisions, collaborate with security and product teams, and implement scalable, secure pipelines that improve delivery speed and reliability in a remote-Poland work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or platform engineering across production systems.
• Strong expertise with CI/CD systems (Jenkins or similar), Linux, and GCP.
• Deep experience with IaC (Terraform) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm).
• Proven skills in observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic) and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of security best practices (IAM, encryption, zero-trust).
• Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own the design, evolution, and reliability of CI/CD and developer platform architecture.
• Evaluate and introduce new CI/CD, platform engineering, and AI-driven technologies; set direction.
• Lead AI-powered developer productivity solutions and agent-based automation.
• Define patterns for integrating AI using MCP or similar frameworks with secure interfaces.
• Drive development of a self-service internal developer platform enabling teams to deploy and operate services.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship in DevOps, platform engineering, and AI adoption.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex system and infrastructure issues; act as escalation point.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to improve experience and reliability.
• Define observability, reliability, and cost optimization strategies.
• Ensure secure adoption of AI technologies with governance and data protection; document knowledge sharing.
