EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Security & Test Engineer to secure the A2A gateway within a cloud-native Enterprise Agent Development Platform. You will own security and performance test suites, verify OAuth 2.0 and JWT flows, and conduct threat modeling for AI/LLM agents. Hybrid work with Poland-based teams.

The role emphasizes Cedar policy testing, cross-team collaboration, and delivering a robust security posture for agentic systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security engineering or QA.
• Experience with A2A trust model including OAuth 2.0 and JWT validation.
• Strong automated security testing design and execution skills.

Responsabilités

• Own security, functional and performance test suites for the A2A gateway.
• Validate authentication and authorization flows across agent channels.
• Identify and mitigate security risks in agentic AI and LLM systems.
