Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z O.O. is seeking a student to support our Software Asset Management team in a part-time, remote role. You will help day-to-day operations, policy reviews, and data handling in a global IT environment.

The role offers flexibility, access to learning resources, and involvement in governance and compliance processes, with opportunities to gain hands-on SAM experience while studying.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a university student, graduating in 2027 or later.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Motivated, ambitious, and committed, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
• Available to work at least 30 hours per week.
• Interested in developing knowledge and experience in Software Asset Management, IT governance, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Software Asset Management (SAM) team and support daily operational activities.
• Assist in maintaining, reviewing, and developing Software Asset Management policies, processes, and procedures.
• Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the company's Software Asset Management strategy.
• Utilize SAM tools to monitor software license compliance and generate relevant reports.
• Manage the collection, validation, and upload of Proof of Entitlement (PoE) documentation into the SAM system.
• Help implement and enforce controls aligned with the Hitachi IT Control Framework.
• Ensure effective data exchange between the SAM platform and IT systems to support data enrichment, compliance tracking, and reporting.
