Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z O.O. is offering a part-time, remote internship in the Software Asset Management team. You will gain hands-on experience in a global IT environment while supporting day-to-day SAM operations and contributing to key SAM initiatives.

The role focuses on collaborating with the SAM team, maintaining policies and processes, monitoring license compliance, and helping align with the Hitachi IT Control Framework. Fluent English and 30-hour weekly availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a university student, graduating in 2027 or later.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Available to work at least 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Software Asset Management (SAM) team and support daily operational activities.
• Assist in maintaining, reviewing, and developing Software Asset Management policies, processes, and procedures.
• Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the company's Software Asset Management strategy.
• Utilize SAM tools to monitor software license compliance and generate relevant reports.
• Manage the collection, validation, and upload of Proof of Entitlement (PoE) documentation into the SAM system.
• Help implement and enforce controls aligned with the Hitachi IT Control Framework.
• Ensure effective data exchange between the SAM platform and IT systems to support data enrichment, compliance tracking, and reporting.
