Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience, ideally via university lab work, internships, or prior technical placements.
• Technical skills: familiarity with PLM systems, data management, or specification databases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targets: support project milestones with high scientific rigor.
• Coordinate pilot-scale trials, execute PLM data entry, and manage technical product specifications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Consumer Sciences, Procurement, and Process teams to align ingredient data.
• Balance independent project ownership with active daily team collaboration.
