Syneos Health in Poland is seeking a Site Activation Specialist I - Sponsor-dedicated; home-based, to join our Clinical Solutions team. You will support site and investigator evaluation, regulatory submissions, and start-up activities across studies, helping sites activate efficiently.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and investigative mindset with the ability to review information from multiple sources and identify potential risks.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in documentation and data entry.
Sound professional judgment with the ability to distinguish between factual findings, notes, and potential significant or disqualifying findings.
Ability to follow established processes while recognizing when escalation is required.

Responsibilities

Local Submissions Specialist - prepares and submits regulatory and site activation submissions under supervision; manages essential documents and liaises with key stakeholders.
Local Site ID and Feasibility Support - assists in selecting suitable sites for studies based on trial requirements.
Local Investigator Contract and Budget Negotiator - supports contract and budget negotiations with sites and coordinates with the Site Contracts Service Centre and SAM to close issues.
