Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams to achieve project milestones.
• Experience working in an international environment and in site management/monitoring.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH Guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong budgeting, planning, and risk management capabilities.
• Proficient computer and data handling skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, coordination, and implementation of clinical studies (Phase 1–4).
• Manage site interactions, monitor patient safety, protocol/regulatory compliance, and data integrity.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams; manage budgets, timelines, and resources; escalate risks as needed.
• Provide leadership in risk-based monitoring, dashboards, and CTMS/EDC tool usage.
• Communicate with investigators, sponsors, and project teams; ensure delivery of study milestones.
