Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Site Contracts Specialist II (Poland) for a remote role supporting sponsor-dedicated studies. You will administer contract processes, negotiate budgets and documents, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of CTAs and site contracts.

Ideal candidates have CRO/pharma experience, strong communication, and robust organizational skills to manage multiple contracts across countries within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive contracts management experience in CRO or pharma.
• Knowledge of clinical development process and contracting parameters.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers all contract management processes at a project level, coordinating documents.
• Lead multi-country projects with supervision: drafting contracts, budgets and related documents.
• Support SSU and site contracts teams; negotiate budgets and contracts with sites.
• Manage ongoing contract issues with Contract Managers and project teams; follow-up on outstanding items.
• Ensure timelines are adhered to and maintain accurate contract templates and files.
