Job summary

Collibra is seeking a Senior People Solutions Analyst to own day-to-day Workday HCM configuration and integrations for a global, fully remote workforce. You will build automations, manage security and business processes, and develop actionable Workday reports to support decision-making.

The role offers exposure to AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot), and requires hands-on Workday experience, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday configuration and integrations experience.
• Experience with iPaaS/automation tool such as Workato is a plus.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse or similar) is a plus.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Workday configuration and automation workflows.
• Own day-to-day configuration and integration upkeep of core HCM modules (Absence, Time, Compensation, Benefits).
• Manage security access requests and business process configurations.
• Develop Workday reports for stakeholders to act on data with trust.
• Test and deploy new Workday functionality and semi-annual releases.
