Responsibilities

• Analyze training effectiveness data and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain learning dashboards and KPIs.
• Lead corrective actions related to training effectiveness.
• Drive standardization across Global Project Management training initiatives.
• Onboard and design training plans and materials for projects.
• Manage change management for strategic projects.
