Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Security Architect to design secure Microsoft cloud and security solutions. You will lead technical conversations with customers, develop security roadmaps, and provide design guidance across Microsoft security technologies.

This is a fully remote role, enabling teamwork from anywhere while collaborating with a dynamic Security CoE. You will own the security roadmap, guide discovery and backlog, translate goals into epics and acceptance criteria, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in security architecture or consulting.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Cloud, including Azure, Sentinel, and Defender.
• Proven experience in designing secure Microsoft cloud and security solutions.
• Strong customer-facing consulting experience with the ability to lead technical conversations.
• Ability to turn unclear customer needs into practical roadmaps, designs, and backlog items.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex security topics simply.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the customer security roadmap with short, medium, and long-term outcomes.
• Lead discovery, roadmap, and backlog conversations with customers and internal teams.
• Turn customer goals, risks, and improvement opportunities into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Provide design guidance across Microsoft security technologies (Sentinel, Defender, identity, cloud security, posture management, automation).
• Prioritize work based on customer value, risk, and dependencies; manage CoE capacity.
