Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Security Architect to design secure Microsoft cloud and security solutions. You will work remotely with a dynamic team, leading technical conversations with customers and shaping security roadmaps and designs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in security architecture, deep Azure/Sentinel/Defender knowledge, and strong communication skills in English. The role emphasizes collaboration, clarity, and delivering practical security outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in security architecture or consulting.
• Deep Microsoft Cloud expertise: Azure, Sentinel, Defender.
• Proven ability to translate goals into roadmaps and epics.
• Strong customer-facing consulting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain customer security roadmap with short, mid, long-term outcomes.
• Lead discovery, roadmaps and backlog conversations with customers and teams.
• Turn goals, risks and improvements into epics and stories.
• Provide design guidance across Microsoft security technologies (Sentinel, Defender, IAM).
• Prioritize work based on value, risk, dependencies and CoE capacity.
• Support sprint planning with validated priorities and estimates.
• Brief Security Engineers with context, guardrails, and quality expectations.
• Review progress and deliverables to stay aligned with outcomes.
• Raise risks and blockers early; collaborate with CSMs and customers.
• Explain technical decisions in plain English for informed choices.
• Support knowledge transfer so customers become self-sufficient.
• Champion reusable patterns and best practices across the Security CoE.
