Job summary

KYP.ai is seeking a Product Analyst/Manager who will sit at the intersection of product strategy, technical understanding, and customer value. You will translate business needs into concrete features, write epics and user stories, and help shape the roadmap in collaboration with the CTO and development teams.

You will surface real customer needs, conduct competitive analysis, and contribute to backlog prioritization while working remotely with offices in PL/DE as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a product role in genuinely complex SaaS, data, or enterprise platforms.
• Ability to read architecture and discuss with engineers without a translator.
• Ability to translate business needs into implementable features.
• Experience with BPMN/UML is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into implementable features with clear acceptance criteria.
• Create epics, user stories, and use cases and contribute to backlog planning.
• Analyze competition and identify opportunities for new functionalities.
• Collaborate with CTO, product analysts, development, and customer success teams, and engage customers to surface needs.
