Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in a B2C website-related Data Analyst role.
Strong SQL skills with ability to write complex, efficient analytical queries.
Experience working in English directly with business stakeholders and explaining results.
Understanding of website development and how data is gathered.

Responsibilities

Analyze user behavior on our site and apps.
Build and maintain dashboards visualizing feature usage and KPI impact.
Answer questions about site usage based on deeper analyses.
Analyze high-level KPIs such as conversion, retention, churn, recurring revenue, engagement.
Communicate results to business stakeholders and translate into actions.
Manage data flow for site and app features, KPI definition, data collection, dashboards.
Design tests for product features with clear success criteria.
Monitor test integrity and interpret results.
Use segmentation and cohort analysis to validate conclusions.
Conduct exploratory analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
