Job summary

Red Sky, a Poland-based startup, is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Robotics & Computer Vision) to own the product's ML core and steer technical direction as the company scales. This hands-on role requires building end-to-end DL/Vision systems, developing on-device inference, and ensuring seamless integration with robotics hardware.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end Deep Learning experience, from data processing to training from scratch.
• Proven track record in industrial computer vision systems and robotics applications.
• Strong software engineering foundations and production-ready ML delivery.
• Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Own the AI/ML/Vision core and align with the CTO's technical strategy.
• Write custom training loops and design neural networks (PyTorch).
• Build MVP AI/ML components, including edge deployment interfaces.
• Define AI/ML stack and monitor industry trends to stay competitive.
• Mentor engineers joining the AI/ML function and translate market needs into specs.
