Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Global Study Manager (Oncology) / Sr PM for sponsor-dedicated projects across EMEA.

This remote role supports studies from Poland and neighboring regions, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver trials in compliance with GCP/ICH and regulatory standards. You will manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships while mentoring junior staff, with travel expected ~25% to site visits and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in CROs and therapeutic areas preferred.
• Able to manage time and work independently.
• Willingness to travel approx. 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manages a project as Project Manager overseeing interdisciplinary clinical programs in compliance with GCP/SOPs/regulations.
• Liaises between company and customer to ensure project launch, conduct, and closeout per contracts.
• Leads clinical team to ensure quality, timelines and budget management.
• Responsible for financial performance and all project deliverables.
• Mentors and directs project support staff and provides regular project updates to clients and management.
