Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join a banking sector project. The role offers 100% remote work and collaboration with a team of senior developers in an Agile environment.

You will design and implement backend and frontend features, build dashboards and workflows, and ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of critical financial applications. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Java Developer.
• Extensive experience with Java, Spring and Hibernate.
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency in building RESTful microservices using JSON and XML.
• Experience with databases including Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with tools like Maven, npm, Git, and Bitbucket.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within an Agile team to design and implement backend and frontend functionalities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, workflows, and key application features for corporate banking solutions.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, minimizing application downtime.
• Communicate effectively with team members across locations to align with project goals and deliverables.
