Sii Poland is recruiting a Senior Fullstack Developer to work on a banking sector project in a fully remote, Agile scrum team. The position emphasizes collaboration with senior developers and colleagues across locations, enabling continuous skill development and challenging assignments.

The role requires strong backend Java with Spring/Hibernate and frontend Angular/TypeScript competencies, plus RESTful microservices, database experience (Oracle/SQL/PLSQL), and a solid Agile mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Java Developer.
• Extensive experience with Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficient in building RESTful microservices using JSON and XML.
• Experience with databases including Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with Maven, npm, Git, and Bitbucket.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of market standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within an Agile team to design and implement backend and frontend functionalities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, workflows, and key application features for corporate banking solutions.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, minimizing application downtime.
• Communicate effectively with team members across locations to align with project goals and deliverables.
