Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Fullstack Java Developer to join a banking sector project. You will collaborate in an Agile team to design and implement backend and frontend features for corporate banking solutions.

The role emphasizes scalability, performance, and reliable software, with a focus on clean code, documentation, and effective communication across locations in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Java Developer.
• Proficiency with Java, Spring and Hibernate.
• Strong frontend knowledge: Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience building RESTful microservices using JSON and XML.
• Databases experience: Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with Maven, npm, Git and Bitbucket.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within an Agile team to design and implement backend and frontend functionalities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, workflows, and key application features for corporate banking solutions.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, minimizing application downtime.
• Communicate effectively with team members across locations to align with project goals and deliverables.
