Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer for a banking sector project. The role focuses on building backend and frontend features within an Agile team, delivering dashboards and critical workflows for corporate banking solutions.

You will ensure performance, reliability, and scalability while writing clean, well-documented code and collaborating with colleagues across locations. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Java Developer.
• Experience with Java, Spring and Hibernate.
• Strong frontend skills (Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
• Experience building RESTful microservices (JSON/XML).
• Experience with Oracle/SQL/PLSQL and related tools (Maven, npm, Git, Bitbucket).
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within an Agile team to design and implement backend and frontend functionalities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, workflows, and key application features for corporate banking solutions.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, minimizing application downtime.
• Communicate effectively with team members across locations to align with project goals and deliverables.
