Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer for a banking sector project with a strong focus on Java, Spring, and Angular. The role emphasizes building scalable backend services and polished frontend features within an Agile, remote-friendly environment.

The candidate will work on dashboards and key banking applications, collaborating with senior developers across locations. Fluent English is required to communicate effectively in a multinational team and deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Java Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring and Hibernate.
• Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience building RESTful microservices using JSON and XML.
• Experience with databases including Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with Maven, npm, Git, and Bitbucket.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within an Agile team to design and implement backend and frontend functionalities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, workflows, and key application features for corporate banking solutions.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, minimizing application downtime.
• Communicate effectively with team members across locations to align with project goals and deliverables.
