Job summary

Reppls is seeking a Senior FullStack QA Engineer with Python to join the FinApp Team within Back Office Engineering. This remote EU position blends manual and automated testing across backend and API layers, participating in a full quality lifecycle.

You will collaborate with developers and other QA engineers, shaping quality practices, test strategies, and automation architecture while contributing to release readiness and product reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience (manual and automated).
• Strong Python-based test automation experience.
• Experience with PyTest, Behave, or similar Python testing frameworks.
• Strong backend and REST API testing experience.
• Experience with CI/CD systems.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as ELK and Sentry.
• Proficient English and Russian communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in the Scrum team and collaborate with developers and other QA engineers.
• Analyze requirements before testing begins and design test plans.
• Execute manual and automated testing across backend, API, and integration points.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including checklists and test cases.
• Automate test cases using the existing framework and extend the automation suite.
• Contribute to test strategy, tooling, and CI/CD improvements.
• Influence QA processes and test architecture across the team.
