Job summary

payabl. is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join the APM team. You will establish QA practices, automate tests, and work across API and backend testing to improve release quality. This role emphasizes ownership, deep system understanding, and collaboration with engineers and product teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in QA Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Python, PyTest and Selenium.
• Experience with API and backend testing, and test case design.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test frameworks.
• Create and execute test cases for new features.
• Perform API and backend testing and validate data integrity.
• Conduct manual testing when needed to ensure coverage.
• Analyse logs and system behaviour to identify root causes.
• Document and track defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to improve quality.
