Job summary

GFT Technologies Poland is seeking a Senior Flutter Consultant to deliver high-quality mobile solutions for leading banks. You will work in Scrum, implement cutting-edge features, and perform module testing while documenting progress and reporting to the Team Leader.

The role requires strong Flutter and Dart knowledge, experience with clean architecture and state management, and good English communication for international clients. Remote-friendly option is available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Flutter commercial experience.
• 5+ years in mobile development.
• Strong knowledge of Dart and mobile app patterns.
• Experience with clean architecture and state management.
• Familiarity with DI tools and testing.
• Experience with SQLite/ Drift or similar persistence.
• Ability to write readable unit tests and use version control.
• Good English in speaking and writing for client communication.

What will you do?

As a Senior Flutter Consultant you will be responsible for implementing high-quality solutions for the largest investment banks in the world. On a daily basis you will work in Scrum, create cutting edge functionalities, carry out module testing, create documentation of the work done and report directly to Team Leader.

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in Flutter programming,
• At least 5 years of commercial experience in mobile development,
• Strong knowledge of Dart, patterns and good practices related to developing apps for mobile platforms
• Experience with clean architecture
• Knowledge about state management solutions (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod)
• Knowledge about dependency injection tools
• Experience in working with persistence/data base (SQLite, Drift)
• Ability to write readable unit tests
• Knowledge of version control systems
• Good English in speech and writing (communication with English-speaking clients)

Nice to have:

• Experience in CI/CD (Github Actions, Fastlane, Codemagic) and static code quality analysis
• Experience in reactive programming (RxDart)
• Experience in writing channel methods
• Experience in releasing applications to Google Play Store and App Store
• Experience in UI tests
• Experience in material design/cupertino customizations and animations
