Pentoz is building a remote-first tech company delivering scalable, mobile-first platforms across industries. We are hiring a Flutter Developer to design and deliver high-performance mobile apps for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart.

You'll collaborate with backend, product, and design teams in an agile startup environment, owning features end-to-end from UI to APIs integration, with emphasis on clean code, animations, and responsive UI.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with focus on Flutter.
• Experience launching apps on the App Store and/or Play Store.
• Proficient in Dart, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
• Passionate about UI, performance, animations, and clean code.
• Problem-solver who thrives in cross-functional startup environments.

Responsibilities

• App Development: Designing and developing modern, responsive apps using Flutter, Dart, and Firebase (or other backends).
• Pixel-Perfect UI/UX: Translating UI/UX designs into clean, animated, platform-adaptive interfaces using Flutter widgets.
• Cross-Platform Logic: Writing shared logic across Android and iOS with platform-specific integrations where needed.
• State Management: Using provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX for scalable architecture and reactive design.
• Performance Optimization: Ensuring apps run smoothly across devices with responsive layouts.
• Collaboration: Working closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers in an agile environment.
