Avantor is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner to research, engage, and provide high-quality candidates for European markets. You will build robust pipelines, conduct initial screenings, and partner with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to shape hiring strategies.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, market mapping, and delivering shortlist quality. You will collaborate across functions, with a focus on German and English-speaking stakeholders, while enjoying flexible remote work

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Strong expertise in active sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement.
• Experience collaborating with recruiters and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate market insights into actions.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Research, engage, and qualify top candidates across European markets.
• Build candidate pools and pipelines for multiple functions/geographies, focusing on the DACH region.
• Conduct initial screenings (CV/phone/virtual) to assess fit and potential.
• Deliver well-qualified shortlists to TA Partners and Hiring Managers.
• Provide data-driven insights on talent availability and salary benchmarks.
