Job summary

CreatorIQ is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a full‑stack team responsible for building and scaling its payments platform, a system that processes millions of dollars in transactions daily. You will partner with Product and other engineering teams to drive technical direction and ensure reliability, scalability, and code quality.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, ownership of the payments stack, and mentoring engineers, with a focus on distributed systems, observability, and security

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership experience in software teams.
• Strong design, building, and operating of high‑scale distributed systems in production.
• Experience coordinating with Product and other teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of full‑stack engineers with clear ownership and accountability.
• Own the technical execution and quality of the payments platform.
• Define and evolve architecture for a high‑scale distributed system.
• Drive improvements in performance, reliability, and observability.
• Mentor engineers and support their career growth.
