Bloober Team in Kraków, Poland is seeking an Audio Lead to shape the sound identity of our projects from early concepts to final release.

You will lead and mentor the audio team, partner with Creative Directors, Designers and Engineering to deliver immersive audio using Wwise and Unreal Engine, and ensure high‑quality integration.

This role demands strong leadership, a passion for storytelling through sound, and the ability to balance creative ambition with production realities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in game audio with two shipped AA+ titles.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring audio professionals.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating sound design and artistry.
• Understanding of interactive audio systems and production pipelines.
• Experience with Wwise and Unreal Engine.
• Knowledge of surround sound, formats, and advanced mixing.
• Proven cross‑department collaboration and strong communication.
• Ability to balance creative quality with timelines and resources.
• Passion for storytelling through sound.

Responsabilités

• Lead and inspire the Audio Team, shaping sound identity from concepts to release.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, Narrative, Art, Cinematics and Engineering.
• Define and implement the project's audio vision ensuring consistency and quality.
• Mentor sound designers with feedback and growth support.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate audio development to meet goals.
• Design, prototype, and oversee audio systems using Wwise, Unreal Engine, and internal tools.
• Contribute hands-on to sound creation, implementation and mixing.
• Champion new ideas and workflows to boost output and efficiency.
• Collaborate with external partners, freelancers and vendors as needed.
• Help build a strong, creative team culture where ideas thrive.
