Job summary

MagentaTeam is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect with German to advise enterprise and public sector clients on transforming HR processes. You will design future-proof HR target architectures across hybrid SAP and cloud environments and guide migrations from SAP ERP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors.

You will lead architecture workshops, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and act as trusted advisor across the SAP SuccessFactors suite.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Broad SAP SuccessFactors expertise and interdependencies.
• Design of complex HR systems and enterprise architectures.
• Strong integration of SAP SuccessFactors with SAP/third-party systems.

Responsibilities

• Advise on SAP SuccessFactors architecture across hybrid SAP and cloud.
• Lead architecture workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Deliver end-to-end HR solutions involving SAP and third-party systems.
• Support SAP SuccessFactors projects from design to go-live and hypercare.
• Contribute to presales, proposals, and customer presentations.
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors, cloud HR tech, and identity platforms.
