Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ABAP Developer for a long-term remote role in the pharmaceutical sector. You will work on ABAP and HANA development, focusing on QA, lifecycle management, and best-practice guidelines within SAP environments.

The role emphasizes technical reviews, code quality, and guiding development teams, with English proficiency and strong problem-solving skills as essential requirements.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in ABAP programming and SAP HANA.
• Knowledge of Fiori/UI5 is a plus.
• Experience with QA processes and tools ATC and VFORGE.
• Ability to conduct technical reviews and adopt best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and technical reviews of specifications focusing on architecture and standards.
• Perform QA through code quality reviews and ensure process/data integrity in project tools.
• Define and update guidelines/best practices for development in S4HANA.
• Update development lifecycle workflows per PMO's RACI matrix.
• Guide and support resolution of ABAP issues across deliverables, basis, or integration.
• Manage automatic code inspection using ATC and VFORGE.
• Ensure thorough ABAP testing with test leads for performance, quality, security, and robustness.
• Contribute to delivery of complex development objects in co-delivery activities.
