Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Salesforce systems analyst to support a strategic CRM system for the banking sector. The role combines analytical work with Salesforce knowledge to create scalable solutions for corporate banking processes.

This position offers remote work with potential collaboration with technical teams and business representatives. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, document decisions, and help model processes and integrations.

Competenze

3+ years as a systems analyst or Salesforce consultant.
Strong Salesforce platform knowledge and CRM concepts.
Experience designing business-technical solutions and engaging with stakeholders.

Mansioni

Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Design solutions with a standard-first approach and justify custom options when needed.
Prepare analytic, functional, and technical documentation with design rationales.
Model business processes and define solution architecture.
Design and analyze Salesforce integrations with external systems.
Collaborate with architects, developers, Product Owners, and business reps.
Lead analytical workshops and define functional requirements.
Create process diagrams, architecture, data models, and integration flows.
