Zusammenfassung

Britenet is seeking a Salesforce Architect for a client in digital transformation, partnering on end-to-end solutions with expertise in Apex, LWC, and DX.

Readiness to work US-aligned hours (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Polish time) is required. You will design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, implement Apex, LWC, DX, and manage CI/CD pipelines, while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with Jira/Confluence teams.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 5+ years of Salesforce experience including roles as Technical Architect or Tech Lead.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce DX.
• Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in designing REST/SOAP integrations and proficiency with the MuleSoft platform.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Ability to conduct code reviews and mentor junior/mid developers.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement and manage Salesforce packages.
• Identify and follow best practices for co-development environments including the use of code versioning, sharing, and management technologies and practices.
• Produce accurate, consistent comments and documentation (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Understand and follow agile methodologies including scrum-based development and project lifecycles.
• Adherence to quality assurance protocols including manual testing, peer/self-review, creation of exhaustive test cases, and proper documentation for handoff to BA/QA.
• Confer with project managers, lead developers, and business analysts to obtain relevant project requirements and specifications.
• Maintain and enhance the required skills and expertise for best practices in current technologies.
• Identify areas for improvement in existing programs and subsequently develop those modifications.
• Owning tasks from start to finish - Take the initiative to see tickets to completion.

On behalf of our client—a digital transformation leader and certified Salesforce partner building advanced end-to-end solutions,we are looking for an Architect to support the delivery and growth of upcoming projects with their expertise.

• Readiness to work US-aligned hours (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Polish time).
• At least 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including roles as Technical Architect / Tech Lead
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce DX
• Ability to design and manage managed packages
• Experience in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Gearset, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines)
• Practical skills in designing end-to-end solutions (data modeling, integrations, security, scalability)
• Experience in building REST/SOAP integrations and proficiency with the MuleSoft platform
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Ability to conduct code reviews and mentor junior/mid developers

Certifications:

• Required (at least one): Application Architect or System Architect
• Key: Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect, Integration Architect
• Nice to have: Data Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
